I married my college sweetheart and through travel nursing and now as a locum CRNA, together we’ve built a life full of adventure. The road to get here wasn’t easy—dropping out of NP school and navigating the challenges of CRNA school pushed me to grow in ways I never expected. Now, as a business owner and CRNA, I support attorneys with expert medical insight—on my own time and schedule. It’s the freedom I used to dream about, and now I help other nurses see what’s possible beyond the bedside.

Finding balance hasn’t been about doing it all perfectly, but about shifting my mindset—focusing on progress over perfection, learning to set boundaries and priorities, controlling what I can control, and giving myself grace in the process. As a busy mom, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle ambition, career, and family—but I also know that with the right mindset and strategy, you can design a life you love.
